How to Apply
  • Click to Show/Hide How can I check the status of my application?
  • Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) may be needed to validate.
  • Click to Show/Hide How long will it take to receive my card?
  • In most cases, when applying online you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you're approved, your card will arrive in 7-10 business days. Length of time varies depending on individual credit status, address verification and card processing time.

Member Benefits
  • Click to Show/Hide When will I receive my 1-2-3 REWARDS® certificates?
  • 1-2-3 REWARDS® certificates are issued four times a year and mailed to customers in February, May, August and November if your Account is open and in good standing. Remaining points, less than 1,000, will roll over into the next cycle.
  • Click to Show/Hide Can I redeem my 1-2-3 REWARDS® certificates for cash?
  • 1-2-3 REWARDS® certificates have no cash value and may only be used to purchase selected merchandise at the Kroger family of stores. Purchases must exceed the value of your 1-2-3 REWARDS® certificates, as we cannot give you cash back.

  • The APR is competitive for credit cards that offer rewards. Keep in mind that you pay no interest on purchases if you pay your bill in full by the payment due date.

ScoreBoard Reporting

  • ScoreBoard is a free online tool that allows you to monitor your 1-2-3 REWARDS® Visa credit card spending through the use of easy-to-read charts and graphs, helping to trend spending patterns over various time periods. ScoreBoard also offers additional reports that help you better manage your 1-2-3 REWARDS® Visa credit card spending overall.
  • Click to Show/Hide Can I print, download or save the information available through ScoreBoard?
  • Yes. You can print the report in one of two ways. To print the page you are viewing, select Print from the ScoreBoard navigation bar and it will launch the print function from your browser menu. ScoreBoard will print the entire Spend or Reports page.

    To download or save the Spend or Reports information available within ScoreBoard, select Download from the ScoreBoard navigation bar. Then select the format (i.e., PDF, Image, XLS [Version 2000 or later] or CSV).

    To download or save a report, select a Download option from the radio buttons available in the report criteria section.

  • Click to Show/Hide How is U.S. Bank able to categorize card transactions into Market Segments and Industries?
  • Visa® has assigned every merchant to a specific category or classification. When you make a credit card purchase, U.S. Bank receives this classification along with information about your purchase, and we use this classification to categorize your transaction. If a merchant is a large company with many different departments, we cannot specify the department from which the item was purchased.
